Design and produce 3D mechanical models and controlled fabrication drawings for switchboards and related products, support production and testing, resolve design issues, maintain standard drawing libraries, and occasionally survey client sites.

Design and develop mechanical structures for PDU/power and shelf products: create 2D/3D drawings and BOMs, manage prototyping, molds and tooling, perform tolerance and safety analyses, support testing, packaging, certification, and production NPI; liaise with engineers and customers and resolve mechanical issues through to mass production.

Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and production data to optimize workflows, material flow, and capacity. Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost, simulate processes, provide time estimates, and develop labor standards using MOST and simulation tools.

Serve as customer-facing supply chain analyst for strategic materials: drive sourcing/pricing strategies, manage supplier contracts and relationships, implement supply assurance and cost-takedown plans, track material financial performance (PPV), increase VMI and EDI use, mitigate shortages/excess, support commodity teams, and coordinate cost reconciliations with customers.
