Leads production forecasting, master scheduling, capacity planning, inventory strategies, shop scheduling, and production control across manufacturing operations. The role also develops automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, T-SQL, and Terraform, supports Azure and AWS deployments, documents operational processes, and mentors junior database administrators.

Leads a team of database professionals and provides technical direction for enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, monitoring, securing, patching, and optimizing databases; managing Azure and AWS migrations; developing T-SQL scripts and automation; implementing infrastructure provisioning; maintaining SOPs; ensuring SLA, stakeholder, security, and SOX compliance; and tuning performance through indexing, execution plans, DMVs, Extended Events, and Query Store.

Administer and govern PDM/PLM systems (Autodesk Vault, SolidWorks PDM, PTC Windchill). Ensure engineering data integrity, BOM and item/master alignment, troubleshoot multi-CAD issues, support upgrades, migrations, and governance activities, and collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.

Maintains testing equipment, troubleshoots recurring failures, changes pins, fixtures, and testers, proposes process improvements, executes model changes and test validations, and reports statistical failure analyses. Requires technical education in electronics or mechatronics, experience with ICT 3070 and functional testing, YIELD knowledge, electronic diagram interpretation, equipment and damaged-board troubleshooting, Office skills, and schedule flexibility.
