Provide day-to-day SAP application support for supply chain, production, and plant maintenance in an automotive manufacturing environment. Administer user roles and authorizations, troubleshoot production-stopping issues and EDI, support integrations with MES and shop-floor devices, assist with Fiori and maintenance workflows, participate in change management and testing for upgrades, and maintain documentation and audit-ready access reviews.

Manage end-to-end SNC ticket and VMF request processing within SLAs, validate BOT-created requests, maintain and update vendor records and compliance documents, and track vendor performance using KPIs to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Manage supplier sourcing and supplier management processes to optimize purchasing costs, consolidate components, support alternate sourcing, and monitor commodity market risks. Create reports, document procedures, coach junior staff, resolve supplier issues, and drive supplier development to ensure continuity of supply and quality improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform. Build RAML/OpenAPI contracts, implement API-led connectivity, perform debugging and performance tuning, manage CI/CD deployments, support production issues, create Kibana visualizations, and mentor junior engineers. Ensure security and governance across APIs.

Support procurement operations by coordinating with vendors, maintaining purchase order and shortage reports, managing supplier database, handling purchase order changes, and ensuring on-time receipts and inventory levels to meet site KPIs.

Support supply chain teams by creating reports, documenting procedures, coaching junior members, and managing supplier sourcing, component consolidation, cost optimization, contract negotiations, and commodity risk monitoring to ensure supply continuity.

Manage daily distribution operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, productivity reporting, material availability, safety/OSHA compliance, continuous improvement, vendor/customer logistics relationships, and staff recruiting and retention to meet production and customer requirements.

Design, specify, and modify automation equipment and tooling for manufacturing; create technical manuals, drawings, training materials, and maintenance plans; perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot issues, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with engineering and operations to improve automation effectiveness.

Provide onsite HR support for a manufacturing site: advise managers on talent, engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, policy compliance, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, DEI initiatives, and local implementation of global HR programs.

The Chief of Staff / Project Manager will support the General Manager in driving strategy, project governance, and operational excellence while facilitating cross-functional teamwork and change management.
