Lead executive-level strategic partnerships for Gainsight's Strategic Accounts to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy. Quantify and communicate ROI, mitigate strategic risks, deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations, and leverage Gainsight technology to track goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify upsell opportunities, influence product and go-to-market strategy, and represent Gainsight as an industry thought leader.

Lead customer implementations of the Gainsight platform: gather requirements, design scalable solutions, perform data discovery/re-architecture, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, document solutions, track project hours, and drive customer adoption while reducing technical debt.

Own end-to-end onboarding and enterprise software implementations for Gainsight customers. Develop project plans, manage scope and change orders, report status to executives, mitigate risks, coach distributed teams, and create scalable delivery templates and processes to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Drive North America sales growth by delivering sales analytics, forecasting, territory and quota planning, cross-functional coordination, process improvements, and operational support to the NA Sales leader. Produce timely dashboards, run ad hoc analyses, coordinate recurring sales rhythms, and implement AI tools to boost seller productivity and pipeline health.

Design and deliver learning programs and workshops, drive manager and onboarding development, integrate generative AI into learning design and workflows, partner with stakeholders to assess needs, measure program effectiveness, and build organizational capability through facilitation and AI-enabled enablement.

Provide technical support via phone and email, diagnose and troubleshoot product and system issues, document interactions in a ticketing system, meet SLA response/resolution targets, escalate and collaborate with L1–L3 teams and product developers, research and document technical problems, and support strategic projects.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and onboarding, run the Zendesk People service desk, coordinate workplace operations and vendor management, execute global engagement and recognition programs, track onboarding metrics, and partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, People Strategy Partners, and business leaders to improve employee experience.

Lead and grow a Strategic Accounts sales segment by building and coaching a team of Strategic Account Executives, driving new logo acquisition and multi-product expansion, personally sponsoring complex enterprise deals, managing pipeline and forecasts, coordinating cross-functionally to accelerate deals and ensure strong post-sale outcomes, and achieving annual bookings and retention targets.

Lead design, analysis, and administration of India compensation programs: benchmarking, salary structures, merit/promotions, HRIS data management, reporting, equity and pay‑equity reviews, partner with HRBPs/TA/Finance, and support global total rewards projects. Occasional travel required.

Lead and scale Renewals delivery for an AI-native Retention-as-a-Service business. Build team structures, playbooks, and forecasting; drive gross revenue retention; manage customer relationships and escalation; hire and develop renewal managers; define AI-human workflow allocation; partner cross-functionally to improve tooling and delivery.
