Lead Parachute's product design vision across bedding, bath, decor, loungewear and lifestyle categories. Drive concept ideation to execution, translate consumer insights into commercially viable products, oversee textile and fabrication development, partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Brand & Creative, and present strategy to executive leadership. Build and mentor a high-performing design team and establish creative processes that balance innovation with operational rigor.

Manage timelines, logistics, and budgets for photo and video productions; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; maintain creative asset library and sample inventory; support on-set execution and post-production workflows to deliver campaign assets on schedule.
