The Lead Integrated Systems Engineer will manage projects, collaborate across teams, design solutions for assembly challenges, and mentor within the organization.

The role focuses on managing product requirements, leading the requirement process, coaching teams, and ensuring stakeholder needs are met during product development.

Support manufacturing test equipment: monitor performance, perform failure analysis, train staff, implement hardware/software improvements, review test coverage, and develop calibration and preventive maintenance procedures.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technician, and professional roles; screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, build campus and community relationships, manage co-op program, and improve sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
