Manages employer, health plan, and PBM client accounts; supports account strategy, renewals, quarterly business reviews, performance analysis, and client communications. Evaluates access, change, incident, and service management controls; monitors governance effectiveness; recommends process improvements; coordinates incident response and corrective actions; supports change management; and leads major incident management processes while collaborating with technical teams, business users, and vendors.

Leads enterprise compensation strategy, governance, job architecture, pay structures, incentive and commission programs, market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, annual compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance. Advises executives and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders while managing and developing a compensation team.

Designs, builds, and operationalizes enterprise AI, generative AI, machine learning, and agentic AI solutions. Develops integrations, orchestration services, reusable tooling, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and governance controls. Partners with architecture, platform, data, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant AI capabilities across the organization.

Owns functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB. Leads requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, process design, configuration decisions, integrations, reporting, controls, testing, upgrades, and platform governance. Partners with Finance, enterprise architecture, technical teams, Oracle, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, supportable financial and billing solutions while minimizing customization.

Supports corporate legal operations through licensing management, legal research, regulatory analysis, document preparation, records management, matter administration, and compliance support. The role prepares memoranda, correspondence, contracts, and action plans; tracks legislative and regulatory changes; assists attorneys and business units; and mentors paralegal team members. This hybrid position is based in Madison, Wisconsin.

Leads strategy, service performance, and account management teams supporting PBM clients. Develops strategic business plans, oversees client reviews, manages executive relationships, drives retention and satisfaction, resolves escalated issues, and strengthens operational effectiveness through process modernization, governance, cross-training, and technology adoption.
