Provides customer-facing technical services for healthcare software and Software as a Medical Device products. Responsibilities include prioritizing and troubleshooting web application issues, investigating API, performance, and infrastructure problems, documenting resolutions and standard procedures, escalating issues internally, and communicating solutions to customers. The role collaborates with Customer Success and Engineering teams to support successful software implementation, deployment, integration, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
