Develops and maintains dashboards and reports for financial services, using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel. Analyzes data, ensures data integrity, automates reporting, performs forecasting, and identifies trends supporting business decisions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve data quality, investigate root causes, and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Owns the strategic vision, roadmap, governance, and value realization of the Workday Financials platform. Build and operate production data pipelines, CDC streams, and Snowflake Bronze-layer infrastructure using Python, SQL, Redpanda, and Dagster. Maintain source adapters, historical snapshots, schema-drift detection, deduplication, data-quality checks, reconciliation, and observability. Collaborate on Silver-layer modeling, governance tagging, CI/CD, containerization, and HVR-to-Redpanda migration. Participate in incident response and develop deeper ownership of orchestration, streaming, data governance, and dbt-based layered modeling.

Leads integrated go-to-market strategies and product launches from pre-launch through market entry. Develops positioning, messaging, demand generation, sales enablement, customer advocacy, partnerships, and market-facing resources. Coordinates internal teams, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders; evaluates market feedback and performance metrics to refine launch priorities, investments, and execution. Builds repeatable, scalable growth processes for new products and services.

Analyze securitized, whole-loan, joint venture, and forward-flow portfolios to assess performance, credit trends, risks, opportunities, and covenant thresholds. Partner with Capital Markets, Finance, Business Intelligence, and leadership to develop analytical frameworks, recurring reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. Translate complex financial data into clear business insights while investigating portfolio drivers, supporting decision-making, and using modern analytical tools.

Build and deploy production GenAI solutions on Google Cloud, including agentic assistants, RAG pipelines, model integrations, API tools, and multi-agent systems. Evaluate and tune models, develop LLM testing and regression harnesses, ensure solution quality, and convert client-specific implementations into reusable assets. Collaborate with data engineering, AgentOps, forward-deployed engineering, and engagement teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions for higher education and SLED clients.

Owns the technical relationship between Nelnet’s GenAI delivery team and higher education and SLED clients. Leads discovery, scopes AI solutions, translates requirements into delivery backlogs, surfaces compliance and technical risks, validates acceptance criteria, and advises clients on practical AI adoption. Collaborates with engagement managers, cloud engineers, data engineers, and AgentOps teams to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and aligned with institutional needs.

Build and maintain Google Cloud data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes supporting GenAI and RAG solutions. Classify and govern sensitive data using Dataplex and Cloud DLP, enforce access controls, assess AI readiness, and design reusable schemas and data models. Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and client teams to integrate legacy systems, monitor pipeline reliability, conduct data quality testing, document data flows, and proactively identify compliance and delivery risks.

Serves as a liaison among business, IT, DevOps, data, and security teams. Defines requirements, analyzes processes, documents user stories and system specifications, supports backlog prioritization, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvements. The role requires business analysis, stakeholder communication, SQL and data analysis skills, and familiarity with technical workflow, diagramming, reporting, and compliance tools.
