Drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for CoCounsel Legal. Lead cross-functional launches, sales enablement, customer advocacy, content and campaign creation, and market/competitive research to grow awareness, adoption, and advocacy in the AI legal market.

Lead design, implementation, administration, and hardening of enterprise Active Directory and hybrid identity (Entra ID) environments. Own federation, Entra ID Connect, MFA/Conditional Access, AD replication/authentication troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, DR/HA readiness, and identity modernization. Provide senior escalation, mentor junior engineers, support M&A identity integrations, and drive compliance, security, and operational improvements.

Manage a focused portfolio of enterprise legal customers for the CoCounsel AI suite. Drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion using Customer Success Plans, EBRs, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. Act as a product expert at events, create scalable playbooks, and use tools (Gainsight, Salesforce, Gong) to manage forecasts and at-risk accounts. Partner with Sales and Professional Services to deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead and grow two greenfield engineering teams building native mobile and desktop apps across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. Define architecture and platform strategy, hire and develop engineers, integrate with backend AI/agent services and APIs, and own quality, performance, CI/CD, and deployment standards. Partner with product and design to deliver cohesive, accessible cross-platform experiences.

Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for legal professionals. Mentor engineers, establish AI engineering practices, and ensure scalable architecture and quality across systems.
