Responsibilities include solution consulting, application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, training, project planning, documentation, customer support, partner collaboration, and pre-sales demonstrations. The role requires understanding AP/AR processes and e-invoicing compliance regulations across EU and APAC markets, while coordinating with Product, Sales, Support, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
