Partner with hiring managers to build candidate personas and sourcing strategies, design assessment processes and scorecards, maintain pipelines for passive and underrepresented talent, manage offers and pre-boarding, and use data and automation to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Participate in a 9–12-month training program covering local television sales, communication, presentations, and advertising techniques. Assist with sales proposals, advertising packages, client presentations, marketing materials, campaign performance communications, order entry and maintenance in WideOrbit, and sales database management. The role develops candidates toward Sales Account Executive positions.

Leads corporate development activities, including deal sourcing, evaluation, diligence, financial modeling, investment recommendations, transaction execution, and portfolio strategy. Partners with operating businesses and senior leaders to assess markets, competitors, strategic fit, and inorganic growth opportunities. Builds sector expertise, manages internal and external stakeholders, strengthens sourcing and diligence processes, and may develop AI-enabled automation and eventually manage a junior team member.
