Manage relationships with 28+ CIO members, deliver innovative service solutions, lead workshops, and collaborate with sales to ensure member engagement.

Lead research and analysis on enterprise compute and edge infrastructure, publish evidence-based insights, forecast market trends, present to senior IT leaders and conferences, and support sales and client engagement.

Develop and deliver C-level event content: research topics, interview executives, secure speakers, design session formats, write speaker profiles and marketing materials, manage speaker agreements, collaborate across teams, evaluate event content, and support content projects and training. Approximately 10% travel and sponsor account support.

Manage exhibit operations and sponsorship fulfillment for North American conferences: floorplans, budgets and forecasting, vendor and agency management, onsite production lead, exhibitor portal maintenance, data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder liaison to drive exhibitor retention and operational excellence.

Support digital transformation by defining user journeys, translating requirements into user stories, collaborating with business and IT, analyzing service usage to improve efficiency, evolving dashboards, managing projects in Agile/Scrum, and creating or updating training content to drive client retention.

Manage global coordination and optimization of capital planning, budget development, cash flow forecasting, and controls for capital projects. Track project-level spend, perform variance analysis, produce monthly capital reporting with commentary, consolidate inputs for annual and multi-year capital plans, analyze historical project data to improve forecasting, and create Power BI dashboards. Partner with IT, Real Estate, FP&A, and external vendors to optimize capital expenditures and support strategic investment decisions.
