Supports technical PMO and product operations through project coordination, milestone and dependency tracking, tool administration, requirements and process documentation, dashboards, reporting, data quality reviews, process improvement, and basic automation. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and business stakeholders to improve tool adoption, operational visibility, consistency, and efficiency.

Manage strategic Independent Software Vendor partnerships, coordinating licensing, fulfillment, billing, renewals, issue resolution, contractual alignment, sales enablement, marketing, product roadmaps, and partner onboarding. Prepare federal, state, and franchise tax returns; support quarterly and year-end tax provisions, financial statement reporting, audits, R&D tax credits, tax planning, and M&A integration. Identify process improvements through technology and automation while managing multiple deadlines and collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

Provide application support for BisTrack and Microsoft Dynamics GP: investigate and document support cases, perform root cause analysis, liaise with development and QA, explain accounting processes to customers, manage and communicate case updates, and travel to US user conferences.

Lead AI enablement by partnering with engineering, product, cloud, security, and business teams to design, implement, and govern generative AI/LLM solutions. Produce reference architectures, enablement materials, training, and governance; support architecture reviews, operationalization (DevOps/MLOps), responsible AI, and platform integration while mentoring teams and driving organizational adoption.

Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain scalable C#/.NET applications and RESTful APIs using EF/EF Core. Participate in architecture and code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, estimate and deliver work on schedule, improve processes and coding standards, and mentor other developers.

Lead and grow a global Forward Deployed Engineering team to build a next-generation AI agent platform; drive AI adoption across the software lifecycle; manage delivery, hiring, and performance; partner with product and engineering to design cloud-native Azure solutions using Python and C#; collaborate with customers to validate use cases and convert feedback into reusable platform features.

Implements technical specifications and writes, reviews, and debugs code following coding standards. Works with Product QA to resolve test issues, contributes to internal training materials, and completes assigned tasks on schedule. Requires basic computer science knowledge and teamwork/problem-solving skills.

Manage and support EDI integrations and trading partner setups, map transactions between EDI and Epicor Kinetic, troubleshoot integration and data issues, and maintain proactive customer communication while collaborating with internal teams to implement and support integrations.
