Builds long-term positioning for Arc, Circle Agent Stack, Circle Payments Network, and digital asset products. Partners with product, commercial, community, public affairs, and reputation teams while developing AI-powered communications workflows and supporting crisis response.

Investigate AML alerts, enhanced monitoring reviews, and potentially suspicious activity requiring SAR/STR filings. Conduct screening and adverse media checks, support law enforcement and banking partner requests, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage time-sensitive workflows. Analyze transaction data and blockchain activity, identify financial crime trends, improve detection models and typology coverage, and collaborate with policy, legal, compliance, data, and technology teams. The role may also provide training and feedback to transaction monitoring analysts.

Support end-to-end onboarding of financial institutions and payment network participants by reviewing documentation, validating eligibility, identifying risks, and escalating discrepancies. Collaborate with compliance, legal, security, product, and support teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency. Monitor financial crime and regulatory developments, maintain accurate onboarding records, and help scale Circle’s global payments network securely.

Lead Circle’s Global Risk Management AI transformation by redesigning processes around intelligent agents, building reusable AI capabilities, applying responsible AI controls, and driving initiatives from vision through delivery and adoption. Partner with risk, compliance, engineering, and enterprise AI teams; manage roadmaps, dependencies, reporting, executive updates, and measurable outcomes while ensuring AI solutions remain safe, explainable, auditable, and human-supervised.

Owns Circle’s ecosystem growth, market intelligence, brand presence, and stakeholder engagement in South Korea. Identifies market participants, supports compliant market engagement, informs pipeline and market-entry strategy, shares regulatory insights, coordinates with commercial, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams, and reports on market developments. Requires senior business development and market expansion experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure, plus regulator engagement and Korean-English fluency.

Lead long-term technical direction and architecture for Circle's core platform. Drive cross-team initiatives, mentor senior engineers, improve observability, reliability, and performance, and address platform-wide technical debt while influencing engineering standards and developer experience across the company.
