The Senior Compliance Testing Associate will be responsible for executing risk-based compliance transaction testing to validate business line adherence to laws and regulations. Responsibilities include managing testing schedules, analyzing data, reviewing transaction tests, and communicating results to Compliance Officers. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry or financial services, with expertise in compliance monitoring and auditing. Strong problem-solving, communication, and statistical skills are required, along with knowledge of cloud data structure and scripting in Python and SQL.
