Leads product management for Capital One’s Mainstreet Card Payments space. Develops payment strategies, creates roadmaps, and delivers customer-facing features across mobile, web, agent channels, and payment platforms. Partners with business analysts, product managers, designers, and engineers to drive measurable customer and business value. Applies human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven thinking, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.

Lead technical vision and software engineering excellence for Capital One’s Card Tech team. Build production-ready, AI-native systems; design distributed, scalable, fault-tolerant architectures and API platforms; ensure performance, security, and operability; decompose complex problems; mentor engineers; recruit talent; and share technical knowledge across the organization.

Provides risk guidance to HR business partners across enterprise risk management, regulatory applicability, controls, policies, issues, audits, exams, process documentation, assessments, and reporting. Partners with Legal and Compliance on employment and privacy law changes, maintains risk records in FUSE and policies in Wdesk, and supports control development, risk assessments, and leadership accountability.
