Own the company-wide revenue engine by connecting marketing, sales, member engagement, clinical capacity, billing, collections, and financial performance. Investigate discrepancies, improve forecasting and reporting, define trusted metrics, maintain BI dashboards, identify data quality issues, and translate analysis into cross-functional decisions. The role requires strong SQL, analytics, business judgment, communication, and comfort working independently with technical partners in a remote healthcare environment.

Lead the clinical product roadmap to reduce administrative burden and improve care-team efficiency. Partner with clinicians, ops, engineering, and design to discover workflow problems, build and roll out EMR and clinician-facing tooling, evaluate vendors, guide build/buy decisions, drive adoption and training, and measure impact on time spent on care versus administration.

Senior individual contributor who ships high-quality product features quickly using AI tools, owns backend/infrastructure health (CI/CD, observability, Kubernetes), defines AI-native workflows, and sets technical hiring and engineering standards while partnering with CTO, Product, Clinical, and Security teams.
