Own the full growth marketing engine, including paid media, SEO, lifecycle, affiliate, conversion optimization, brand, content, and PR. Lead internal specialists, agencies, and contractors; manage budgets, forecasts, testing, and channel performance against CAC and payback targets. Partner with product and brand teams to improve member acquisition, conversion, trust, and lifetime value.
