Leads Elastic’s Financial Services Strategic Accounts region and a team of enterprise sales professionals. Owns regional strategy, revenue, pipeline, account growth, retention, forecasting, executive relationships, and strategic opportunity execution. Coaches and develops sellers, builds relationships with major financial institutions, recruits sales talent, and coordinates cross-functional resources. Drives complex enterprise sales involving technology, security, procurement, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders while expanding adoption of Elastic’s Search, Security, Observability, data, and AI solutions.

Manages end-to-end revenue close activities in Zuora RevPro and NetSuite, including month-end and quarter-end close, contract reviews under ASC 606, deferred revenue and RPO reporting, flux analysis, and internal controls. Leads UAT for new products, pricing models, and system enhancements; partners with IT and transformation teams to improve data quality, automate workflows, and reduce close cycle times.

Own the vision and roadmap for Elastic’s US public sector offering across FedRAMP and DoD IL5 environments. Own an enterprise territory, generate pipeline, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, deliver executive-level value demonstrations, negotiate complex multi-year contracts, and close consumption-based SaaS deals. Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps while maintaining forecast accuracy and positioning Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security platform to strategic customers.

Own a focused portfolio of strategic AI-native customers, building executive relationships and leading complex enterprise software sales cycles from discovery through adoption. Develop account strategies, drive revenue and forecasting, collaborate with technical and business teams, engage ecosystem partners, and provide customer insights to influence product strategy. The role requires strong AI and modern infrastructure knowledge, enterprise sales expertise, executive presence, strategic planning, and familiarity with open-source and product-led growth.

Manage channel partnerships across Spanish-speaking LATAM by generating partner-sourced pipeline, accelerating bookings, onboarding and enabling partners, supporting joint business plans, executing reseller and cloud marketplace deals, maintaining CRM and pipeline accuracy, managing deal registrations, and reporting channel performance. The role collaborates with sales, solutions architecture, marketing, operations, and legal teams, and requires approximately 30% travel to visit partners.

Drive net-new revenue and account expansion for Elastic’s Search AI, observability, and security solutions across enterprise accounts in New Zealand. Build pipeline, manage complex SaaS sales cycles, conduct deep discovery, develop territory plans, negotiate contracts, maintain forecast accuracy, and partner with solutions architects, customer success, marketing, and revenue operations. The role requires technical fluency, value-based selling, executive relationship management, and an understanding of cloud economics, data architectures, open source, observability, and security analytics.

Design and deploy enterprise search solutions using generative AI, RAG, ELSER, semantic search, vector search, and vector databases. Lead proof-of-concept projects, demonstrate search and retrieval capabilities, evangelize Elastic’s AI-powered search vision through presentations and content, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and industry experts. Continuously evaluate emerging AI and search technologies while sharing knowledge across the Solutions Architecture organization.

Own renewal base analytics, multi-year forecasting, renewal targets, quota inputs, and bookings classification policy within GTM FP&A. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Salesforce engineering to resolve data issues, operationalize business rules, connect recurring-revenue metrics to enterprise financial plans, and support annual planning, reforecasting, scenario analysis, and board reporting.
