Lead Elastic's global demand and digital marketing organization to modernize digital strategy, build an AI-enabled demand engine, run integrated campaigns across product lines, optimize digital experiences and email lifecycle programs, align GTM with Sales and Product, manage global budgets, and develop a high-performing marketing leadership team focused on pipeline, revenue, and continuous optimization.

Manage and grow Elastic's partner ecosystem across Central & Eastern Europe: recruit, enable, and support channel partners and distributor relationships, drive joint business planning and partner-sourced revenue, negotiate partnership contracts, and develop Elastic Stack practices within priority partners.

Serve as the trusted technical advisor to customers, define Technical Success Plans, drive onboarding, adoption, and consumption of Elastic solutions (observability, security, search), remove technical friction, collaborate with account and service teams, identify expansion opportunities, and align Elastic technology with customer business goals to grow ARR and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage cloud revenue accounting and ASC 606 contract reviews, support cross-functional partners, drive revenue close processes, perform reconciliations and analyses, lead UAT and system improvements, coordinate audits, draft revenue memos, deliver internal training, and support process/control enhancements and ad hoc projects.

Lead and grow Elastic's UKI Mid‑Market sales organization: set strategy, coach AEs, drive quota attainment, design scalable sales processes, collaborate cross‑functionally, and travel regularly to support deal creation and team needs.

Own full sales cycle for Elastic in the education public sector: drive new logo acquisition and expansion, demonstrate value of Elastic search/observability/security, qualify with MEDDPICC, build strategic territory plans, and partner cross-functionally to close complex deals.

Provide UK-focused commercial legal support for Public Sector technology contracts across the full lifecycle: bid/RFP support, negotiation, execution, and contract management for Cloud/SaaS, software subscriptions, professional services and data-processing agreements. Advise on public procurement, UK GDPR/Data Protection Act compliance, cyber and information-security obligations, collaborate with internal security, finance and regional legal teams, and help improve legal workflows and automation.
