Drive new logo acquisition and expansion in strategic accounts, position Elastic as a trusted advisor, develop use cases, collaborate cross-functionally, and build territory business plans using community, customer, and partner ecosystems.

Support cloud billing and invoicing operations including reconciliations, dispute resolution, credit card processing, return authorizations, and light collections. Manage case queue, generate reports, collaborate with Support, Legal, OrderOps and Engineering, and drive process improvements and root-cause analysis.

Pre-sales Solution Architect partnering with inside sales to gather requirements, design Elastic-based architectures for search, observability, and security, run demos and POCs, assist deployment planning, advise on scaling/performance/security, and document/share technical solutions.

Sell Elastic's search, observability, and security platform to mid-market accounts, owning full sales cycle from cold outreach to close. Drive new logos and expansion, qualify using MEDDPICC, craft value-based technical stories, partner with solutions architects and customer success, and manage complex negotiations and forecasts.

Build and operate full-stack admin features for Elastic Cloud: implement React UIs and backend Node.js services, own end-to-end delivery and production ops, collaborate with product/design, maintain testing, CI/CD, feature-flagged releases, and ensure security and reliability.

Partner with account teams to quantify and communicate Elastic's business value, build executive business cases, analyze customer workflows, run workshops, and drive value-based selling. Act as subject-matter expert, collaborate with product/engineering, train teammates, and help develop the value engineering practice to increase customer impact and adoption.

Lead design and implementation of advanced search and vector features for Elasticsearch. Invent or implement algorithms and data structures, improve search relevance, fix complex bugs, collaborate with distributed engineers and the community, and write idiomatic modern Java while contributing to Lucene and Elasticsearch internals.
