Develop in Go (and Rust), design tooling, ensure correctness through evals, collaborate with product and partners, and improve developer experience across ecosystems.

Build and evolve the Elastic MCP server and tooling (primarily in Go), create a portable platform for agent skills, design third-party AI ecosystem integrations, enhance the Elastic CLI, and develop/maintain libraries and integrations (including Rust). Drive correctness via evals, collaborate with product and external partners, and prioritize developer experience and product thinking across fast-changing, ambiguous work.

Build and evolve the Elastic MCP server, agent skills platform, and developer-facing integrations (language clients, CLI, third-party integrations). Implement tooling, linting, and eval-backed correctness, collaborate with product and external partners, and contribute across Go/Rust codebases to improve developer experience and observability.

Lead AMER sales enablement by diagnosing performance gaps using Gong/Salesforce/Clari data, designing targeted remediation, delivering blended training (MEDDPICC, value selling, pipeline forecasting, GenAI usage), embedding methodology through deal clinics, driving tool adoption, measuring enablement impact with RevOps, and partnering cross-functionally to connect training to sales outcomes.

Build and evolve Elastics Integrations platform: MCP server, universal agent skills tooling, third-party AI ecosystem integrations, and developer-facing libraries and CLI. Work mainly in Go (and Rust), shape eval-backed correctness, collaborate with product and external partners, and prioritize developer experience.
