Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, learn Elastic’s AI-powered platform, personalize outreach using sales technologies, and pursue continuous coaching and professional development.

Set technical direction for Elastic Cloud Serverless control-plane initiatives, designing distributed systems that orchestrate projects across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. Lead multi-quarter, cross-team delivery; write and review Go code; improve reliability, security, and cost efficiency; investigate incidents; participate in on-call; mentor engineers; and advise product and engineering leaders on technical trade-offs and roadmap decisions.

Leads competitive intelligence for Elastic Search by analyzing competitors, products, pricing, packaging, marketing, and market trends. Creates battlecards, training, comparisons, blogs, and web content that communicate product differentiation. Tracks competitive developments, supports win/loss analysis, and partners with product marketing, product management, sales, engineering, and leadership to shape positioning and go-to-market strategies. Participates in industry events and translates technical insights into compelling business value.

Serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, sales teams, partners, and the Elastic community. Design architectures using Elastic solutions, support sales cycles from discovery through technical close, demonstrate product value, enable partners, create collateral, and communicate customer needs to engineering and leadership. The role requires strong presales experience, customer relationship skills, technical communication, influence, public speaking, continuous learning, and 30% regional travel.

Leads competitive intelligence for Elastic’s Search-focused Product Marketing organization. Responsibilities include analyzing competitors’ products, pricing, packaging, strategies, and market developments; creating battlecards, enablement materials, blogs, and web content; supporting win/loss analysis; monitoring search-market trends; and partnering with product marketing, product management, sales, engineering, and leadership to develop competitive positioning.

Leads Enterprise Sector services business across EMEA Central, owning bookings and revenue targets, territory strategy, forecasting, bids, negotiations, and Statements of Work. Oversees concurrent technology engagements, governance, risk, escalations, delivery quality, margins, and customer satisfaction. Partners with sales, solution architecture, delivery, customer success, operations, and partners to align Elastic Services with customer outcomes, transformation initiatives, missions, and regulatory requirements.

Leads Enterprise and Public Sector Services across MENA, owning bookings and revenue targets, territory strategy, forecasting, bids, negotiations, and Statements of Work. Oversees complex concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery quality, margins, customer satisfaction, governance, risk mitigation, escalations, and change management. Partners with sales, solution architecture, delivery, customer success, operations, and channel teams to align services with customer transformation and mission objectives. Requires Arabic and English fluency and travel up to 50%.

Serves as a technical authority and trusted advisor during sales cycles, translating customer goals into Elastic-based architectures and value propositions. Responsibilities include technical discovery, demonstrations, solution positioning, partner enablement, customer relationship development, event participation, sales collateral creation, and communicating customer needs to engineering and leadership. The role requires technical presales expertise, knowledge of AI enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity, strong communication and influencing skills, and 30% regional travel.

Lead development of Elasticsearch vector similarity search capabilities, including designing algorithms and data structures, implementing features, fixing bugs, and improving code quality. Collaborate asynchronously with a globally distributed engineering team and open-source community. Serve as a subject-matter expert on vector search relevance and implementation while contributing modern Java code and guiding cross-functional initiatives autonomously.
