Engage inbound and outbound prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, personalize outreach, uncover business challenges, qualify opportunities, and generate sales pipeline in partnership with Account Executives and Marketing. The role also requires learning Elastic’s AI-powered platform, using sales technologies effectively, accepting coaching, and consistently pursuing performance goals.

Own renewal base analytics, multi-year forecasting, renewal targets, quota inputs, and bookings classification policy within GTM FP&A. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Salesforce engineering to resolve data issues, operationalize business rules, connect recurring-revenue metrics to enterprise financial plans, and support annual planning, reforecasting, scenario analysis, and board reporting.

Drive net-new revenue and expansion across strategic enterprise accounts. Build pipeline, conduct MEDDPICC-based discovery, deliver executive presentations and demos, negotiate complex multi-year contracts, and maintain accurate forecasts. Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps while positioning Elastic’s Search AI, observability, and security capabilities. Success requires SaaS enterprise sales experience, technical and cloud fluency, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to sell consumption-based solutions.

Build and maintain enterprise reporting, analytics, metrics, and certified data assets. Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to define data sources, transform data in BigQuery, develop analytical models, and create Tableau and Sigma dashboards. Manage projects end to end, including requirements gathering, validation, documentation, data-quality monitoring, quantitative analysis, and workflow improvement. Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions and proactively identify insights and automation opportunities.

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of Elastic Cloud application networking systems, including ingress, private connectivity, DNS, and security controls. Drive large-scale distributed systems initiatives, improve performance, reliability, observability, operability, and cost efficiency, and lead incident investigations. Partner across engineering and product teams, mentor engineers, influence technical roadmaps, and guide multi-quarter projects from proposal through production.

Lead scalable distributed-system architecture and multi-quarter initiatives, improve performance, reliability, operability, and cost efficiency, and oversee incident investigations and on-call operations. Mentor engineers, advise product and engineering leaders, and influence cross-organizational technical strategy. The role requires deep cloud-native networking expertise and experience operating high-availability SaaS platforms.
