Develop prompts, instructions, guardrails, test suites, and production monitoring. Provide technical support for an AI-powered ServiceNow platform, troubleshooting RAG responses, agentic workflows, APIs, integrations, and configuration issues. Analyze logs and telemetry, reproduce and document defects, manage support tickets and SLAs, escalate issues, communicate technical concepts to customers, and contribute to knowledge bases. The role requires ServiceNow and enterprise integration experience, REST API debugging, observability tools, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
