The Staff Technical Duty Officer will provide technical leadership for a team of on-site engineers responsible for the availability and performance of ServiceNow's cloud platform. They will coordinate recovery efforts during major outages and lead as the crisis manager. This role requires supporting US Federal customers and passing a background screening. Serve as a thought leader on SPM product suite, collaborate with sales teams, provide technical guidance and training, drive initiatives to engage client organizations, and demonstrate value by architecting customer solutions.

Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Quality Engineer with strong test automation skills in Java/Python, experience in testing large-scale production systems, familiarity with AI/ML modeling approaches, and the ability to analyze and evaluate AI/ML models.
