Travel up to 50% may be required.

Lead and align a coherent product portfolio narrative across Product, Marketing, Brand, and Communications. Translate complex product innovation into simple, differentiated storytelling, shape launches and major moments (keynotes, executive presentations), scale the Messaging Guild into an operating model, and raise storytelling quality company-wide.

Manage fixed assets and lease accounting under US GAAP (ASC 360): maintain fixed asset register, capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, CapEx reporting, journal entries, month/quarter/year close, footnote disclosures, SOX compliance, support audits, variance analysis, and drive process improvements and automation.

Build and embed security tooling and AI-powered automation into ServiceNow products at enterprise scale. Contribute code to product codebases, partner with AI Security Research, shape engineering practices, participate in design and code reviews, and help hire and onboard as the new Security R&D team grows.

Partner with Account Executives to drive new enterprise sales by prospecting under-penetrated accounts, sourcing net-new opportunities, building quotes and proposals, creating account plans, running business reviews, and supporting renewals and customer success. Act as a trusted advisor, coordinate specialist resources, manage sales process closure, and develop skills through training and coaching.

Lead end-to-end product design for Identity Security platform initiatives, evolving design systems and AI-native workflows, prototyping generative AI interfaces, and partnering with PMs and engineers to ensure design quality and implementation.

Manage and grow the partner ecosystem by building partner practices, creating joint GTM and capacity plans, driving partner revenue, executing governance and reporting, coaching partners, enabling demand generation, and ensuring successful customer implementations across ServiceNow segments.
