Owns the collection, analysis, publication, and maintenance of ServiceNow implementation insights and product guidance. The role manages a content portfolio spanning implementation guides, videos, blogs, and process guides; collaborates with product, engineering, design, consultants, customers, partners, and technical writers; researches implementation challenges; supports go-to-market activities; and ensures content remains accurate, actionable, and aligned with platform development.
