Lead global retail industry strategy for SPECS augmented reality glasses: define use cases, build partner ecosystem, translate customer needs into solutions, drive pipeline and commercial closes, support enterprise sales and deployments, represent SPECS at industry events, and produce retail thought leadership and enablement.

Lead research in user modeling and personalization, focusing on generative and language models, recommendation and retrieval systems. Build scalable prototypes, partner with engineering to deploy solutions, mentor junior researchers and interns, and publish work at top conferences.
