Lead APAC go-to-market for Unity's Industry verticals (Automotive, Manufacturing, AEC, Digital Twins). Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, build partnerships with APAC Sales/BD, run field events, activate global content locally, and develop customer success stories to drive pipeline growth across Japan, Korea, and APAC.

Manage the full advertising sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, IO coordination, closing, and account handoff. Own a book of business and Salesforce pipeline, sell Unity’s performance advertising products, identify new verticals, and advise advertisers on user acquisition and growth. Build long-term partnerships, use BI and AI tools to guide decisions, develop mobile advertising expertise, and represent Unity at industry events.

Creates high-quality graphic and motion design for Unity’s brand, campaigns, product launches, social media, events, and marketing initiatives. The role also explores AI-assisted workflows and emerging creative technologies.

Own and evolve shared APIs and SDKs powering Unity’s generative AI asset creation platform. Build secure, reliable, observable backend services; develop partner integrations; establish AI-assisted development practices; improve CI, releases, and incident management; and provide technical leadership on architecture, scalability, API lifecycle, and cross-functional roadmap decisions.

Lead and develop a distributed team of Developer Support Engineers supporting self-served mobile advertising customers. Own queue performance, capacity planning, SLAs, CSAT, escalations, and incident flow. Analyze support data to identify recurring issues, drive documentation and product improvements, and reduce contact volume through self-service, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Business teams while building technical depth, career paths, and an inclusive team culture.

Leads and develops a Western Europe Client Partner team supporting strategic advertising and mobile gaming clients. Oversees account strategy, revenue growth, retention, expansion, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business planning. Coaches team members, resolves escalations, improves client engagement, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Unity solutions. Partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen commercial impact, operating processes, and long-term client relationships.

Develop and maintain Unity’s Scriptable Render Pipeline lighting features, including direct and indirect lighting, ray tracing, shadow mapping, and rendering architecture. Collaborate with developers, technical artists, and designers to build scalable cross-platform graphics workflows. Investigate bugs, create automated tests, and deliver maintainable, optimized code for high-end, mobile, and other platforms.

Build and maintain large-scale offline machine learning infrastructure, including training data pipelines, distributed training workflows, and multi-stage ML orchestration. Improve dataset validation, monitoring, testing, reproducibility, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to translate research ideas into scalable production systems and support model experimentation and iteration.

Owns broad-based equity program design, monthly grant execution, compensation budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance reporting. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Recruiting, and business leaders on equity strategy, stock-based compensation expense, compliance, and change management. Builds scalable models, decision frameworks, documentation, and repeatable processes while serving as the team’s equity subject matter expert and coaching colleagues.

Act as Offerwall product expert for APAC, advising client partners, analyzing performance to drive growth and upsells, leading post-sale onboarding and technical integrations, and delivering data-driven strategic recommendations to maximize revenue.
