Manages a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center, leading technicians, escalations, incident resolution, ticket quality, network repairs, maintenance, and KPI/SLA performance. Build and operate AI platforms, LLM-powered applications, internal APIs, and shared services for Corporate IT Engineering. Develop RAG pipelines, AI proofs of concept, and infrastructure automation while deploying workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS. Establish AI development best practices, integrate AI across infrastructure and internal systems, and evaluate solutions for business value. Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver communications features such as conferencing, IVR, recording, and transcription. Troubleshoot distributed systems, improve reliability and scalability, participate in code reviews and on-call rotations, and maintain testing, documentation, security, and compliance standards.

Manage global customer relationships throughout the customer journey, serving as the primary contact between customers and internal teams. The role may involve after-hours outage support and domestic or international client travel.

Own customer implementations from deal close through graduation to long-term support. Build project plans, manage milestones, coordinate internal teams, configure environments, guide compliance submissions, troubleshoot technical issues, lead customer calls and training, and ensure timely migration to production traffic. Maintain accurate CRM and case records while identifying blockers, communicating proactively, and escalating recurring issues or product gaps.

Serve as the technical authority for NetSuite architecture, integrations, automation, AI solutions, data architecture, security, governance, and engineering standards. Design scalable cross-platform solutions using SuiteScript, Python, APIs, Snowflake, and LLM technologies. Establish quality, deployment, change-control, financial-controls, and security frameworks while advising leadership and driving enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Designs, operates, and improves global IP network infrastructure across datacenter fabrics, WAN routing, and firewall security. Responsibilities include managing VxLAN/EVPN fabrics, Palo Alto firewalls, BGP-based routing, complex network troubleshooting, automation with Python or Ansible, technology evaluations, infrastructure projects, mentoring engineers, on-call support, documentation, and vendor coordination.
