Lead product development operational effectiveness by improving roadmap planning, cross-functional alignment, dependency management, and delivery predictability. Serve as operational lead for complex initiatives, build scalable processes and reporting, drive continuous improvement, and provide data-driven insights to product, engineering, and leadership.

Maintain and scale a distributed cloud-based VoIP platform by operating and optimizing SIP/RTP infrastructure (Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, RTPengine), building Go microservices, deploying to Kubernetes, improving observability (Homer/HEP, metrics/logs/traces), troubleshooting call quality and signaling issues, and partnering with SRE to enhance CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Produce high-volume short-form and repurposed long-form video assets for paid and organic social channels. Edit quickly from templates and brand guidelines, add captions, motion graphics, music, and versions for multiple platforms. Support campaigns and product marketing with fast turnarounds while maintaining organized assets and quality.
