Maintain and scale a distributed cloud-based VoIP platform by operating and optimizing SIP/RTP infrastructure (Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, RTPengine), building Go microservices, deploying to Kubernetes, improving observability (Homer/HEP, metrics/logs/traces), troubleshooting call quality and signaling issues, and partnering with SRE to enhance CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Produce high-volume short-form and repurposed long-form video assets for paid and organic social channels. Edit quickly from templates and brand guidelines, add captions, motion graphics, music, and versions for multiple platforms. Support campaigns and product marketing with fast turnarounds while maintaining organized assets and quality.

Lead and architect the marketing automation stack (SFMC + Salesforce), manage lead lifecycle and routing, implement segmentation and data hygiene, build complex journeys and automations, collaborate with demand gen, sales ops, and data teams, and train internal users to scale marketing operations and reporting.

Produce high volumes of on-brand design variations across channels from approved templates. Adapt assets for demand-gen campaigns, partner programs, emails, social, landing pages, and events. Maintain brand guidelines, typography, and visual systems; resize, localize, version assets; support presentations and trade-show materials. Collaborate with designers and marketers and use tools (including AI-assisted) to increase speed and quality.
