Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and executives to create integrated campaigns, regional PR plans, and partner co-PR with firms like Microsoft and AWS. This is a hands-on, working manager role with significant cross-functional coordination.

Lead and coach a Corporate sales team of six AEs to drive predictable revenue across 6–12 month enterprise deals. Recruit and scale AE teams, establish enterprise governance and sales playbooks (MEDDICC/BANT), shape go-to-market strategy, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and cross-sell/renewal motions.

Lead and develop a 5-6 person engineering team building a next-generation web application and design system. Drive roadmap, execution, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration while championing cloud-native practices, CI/CD, observability, automated testing, and AI-native product features.

Execute and improve manual and automated tests for UI, API, and end-to-end workflows. Develop and maintain automation, identify and troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure quality prior to release.
