Own and define NetDocuments' multi-year data architecture and lead AWS re-architecture of large-scale data platforms. Design and optimize NoSQL systems (Couchbase, DynamoDB), event-driven pipelines (Kafka, SQS, SNS), and Snowflake analytics. Drive data governance, security, AI-readiness, prototypes, build-vs-buy evaluations, and cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable, cost-effective data platforms.

Build and maintain an authoritative, real-time record of product usage: define instrumentation requirements, validate and model event data, integrate usage with CRM/financial systems, create customer-facing usage views, and partner with product leadership and engineering to extend usage data for new features.

Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for availability, security, and performance. Build and maintain IaC and CI/CD, implement DR and resiliency automation across AZs, monitor and troubleshoot with CloudWatch/DataDog, participate in incident response, and collaborate on documentation and cross-functional initiatives.
