Create and produce multi-format content (video, blogs, case studies, one-pagers) for dealership audiences, integrate generative AI into workflows, interview customers, manage freelance creative partners, and collaborate with Demand Gen, Product, and Sales to fill content gaps and drive conversions.

Generate sales opportunities via outbound prospecting and follow-up, qualify leads from events and cold outreach, align Kenect solutions with prospect needs, schedule demos with sales, and work toward career advancement goals in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Manage mid-market accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Own renewals, monitor usage, deliver trainings and executive business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve customer issues to maximize account value.
