The Strategic Partnerships Director will develop and manage relationships with private equity firms to integrate Canopy's software into their accounting portfolios, handling the full partnership lifecycle and collaborating with internal teams.

Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: evaluate and prioritize partner opportunities, build business cases, negotiate commercial terms, scope integrations with Product/Engineering, drive cross-functional launches, and measure adoption, revenue, support burden, and ROI.

Manage and retain self-serve SMB customers by resolving subscription and billing issues, leading customer calls, preventing churn, identifying upsell opportunities, collaborating across teams, and improving processes to drive net revenue retention and product adoption.
