Provides advanced technical support for backend, integration, database, configuration, and performance issues in cloud and self-hosted environments. Troubleshoots Java web applications, APIs, databases, Linux systems, networking, Kubernetes, and customer environments. Investigates logs, queries, metrics, and application behavior; develops scripts and workarounds; reproduces and documents defects; supports escalations and on-call incidents; and collaborates with Engineering and Product on resolutions and documentation.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core Jama Connect product area. Translate customer, business, and commercial needs into shipped outcomes that increase adoption and revenue. Lead discovery, prototyping, experimentation, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, sales, and Customer Success. Engage enterprise customers, support late-stage deals, analyze market and win/loss signals, and drive product decisions autonomously in a fully remote environment.

The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue growth in B2B SaaS markets, developing new accounts and expanding existing ones through consultative sales. Responsibilities include pipeline management, strategic account development, and market intelligence sharing.
