Serve as a client-facing AI strategist: lead use-case discovery, map workflows, build ROI-driven business cases, facilitate workshops and change management, translate business needs into technical requirements, and support end-user adoption alongside AI engineering partners.

Designs and deploys production AI solutions: build AI agents and LLM-powered applications, integrate models via APIs, design data pipelines and architectures, deploy scalable cloud solutions (primarily Microsoft ecosystem), collaborate with consultants and clients, and apply responsible AI practices including governance, bias evaluation, and explainability.
