Develop and execute PFAS testing sales strategy; generate and qualify leads; manage full sales cycle; educate clients on PFAS issues and testing methodologies; coordinate with lab operations for onboarding and capacity; attend industry events; maintain CRM and sales reporting; meet KPI and revenue targets.

Sell and scale PFAS testing services by developing relationships with environmental firms, utilities, and government agencies. Create and execute PFAS sales strategy, conduct outreach and meetings, manage CRM and pipeline, educate clients on testing/regulation, onboard customers, attend industry events, and align sales commitments with lab operations to meet KPIs.

Serve as primary client contact for inquiries, onboarding, scheduling, invoicing, and issue resolution. Maintain CRM, client portals, and internal documentation. Coordinate field sampling logistics, support lab leadership with recordkeeping and reporting, and configure SaaS/CRM systems and automations to optimize workflows.
