Supervises inside sales and counter personnel, coaching staff on order entry, quotations, margin improvement, customer service, and communication. Supports hiring, training, performance management, workload distribution, and disciplinary actions. Analyzes business trends, contributes to branch action plans, coordinates supplier returns and product training, and assists with credit and collections. The role helps execute sales strategies, budgets, and plans to grow accounts, margins, and new customer acquisition.

Partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and business stakeholders to implement Oracle procurement solutions, standardize workflows, resolve operational issues, and transition sourcing strategies into scalable execution.

Manages supplier master data governance, including onboarding, maintenance, validation, cleansing, audits, reporting, and data quality improvement. Identifies and resolves inaccurate, duplicate, or incomplete records; supports ERP enhancements and governance initiatives; performs supplier risk and fraud controls; and collaborates with stakeholders and suppliers on compliance, process improvements, and user education.

Performs complex accounts receivable cash application, including posting customer payments, reconciling accounts, researching payment discrepancies, preparing journal entries, processing chargebacks and write-offs, and maintaining audit documentation. The role interfaces with customers, banks, financial services, and internal teams to resolve remittance issues and correct errors. It also reviews reports, accesses payment records, responds to inquiries, and may provide training and support to team members.

Manages existing customer accounts through email and phone sales, obtains and upsells orders, develops sales opportunities, prepares quotations, and follows up to secure business. Coordinates with fulfillment and outside sales, monitors backorders and delivery risks, resolves customer issues, and reports market trends, pricing, and feedback. The role also supports process improvement and customer satisfaction while working toward individual sales goals and commission-based incentives.

Leads sales strategy, planning, forecasting, profitability, customer relationships, and marketing initiatives for a large or complex hyperscale business. Manages sales leaders and staff, establishes quotas, develops accounts, coaches employees, coordinates order and complaint resolution, partners with suppliers and internal departments, and communicates forecasts to senior management. The role requires travel to customer and warehouse sites, potentially involving extended driving.
