Manages Information Technology projects across the full project lifecycle, including software development and infrastructure initiatives. Requires experience with waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, enterprise project management tools, and investment management products such as equity and fixed income. A bachelor's degree in computer or information science, five to seven years of IT project management experience, and lifecycle project management expertise are required. PMP certification, Planview knowledge, and investment management experience are preferred.

Translate business requirements into scalable Gosu-based solutions, provide technical mentorship and code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders and QA, support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot environments, and assist with cloud transition. Requires PolicyCenter expertise, Gosu and integration development, and Guidewire v9-to-v10 upgrade experience.

Develop and optimize an end-to-end headless e-commerce storefront using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Vercel, Svelte, and TypeScript. Build front-end experiences, integrate commerce systems, and support general storefront development in a remote six-month contract with potential extension.

Leads the design and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports covering operational, financial, customer, and logistics performance. Manages the BI lifecycle, partners with executives and technical teams, establishes KPIs, ensures data integrity and governance, analyzes trends, and recommends improvements across transportation, warehousing, and last-mile logistics. Manages and mentors BI developers and analysts while supporting strategic decision-making.

Build and unit test inbound and outbound Eagle data interfaces, support Eagle integration, harmonization, application design, testing, maintenance, and technical support. Identify and escalate project risks, recommend resolutions, contribute to business-as-usual support, expand internal technical knowledge, and collaborate with internal and third-party project teams.

Designs and governs enterprise ServiceNow architecture across large-scale, multi-instance environments. Leads platform architecture and administration spanning ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management. Defines enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub, applies TOGAF principles, and manages stakeholder communication and architectural decisions.
