Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, sorting, and distributing materials; load/unload delivery vehicles; read production/customer/shipping orders; operate gas or electric forklifts; place items on racks/shelves/bins; possibly use Hi-Rise for storage.

Support assigned collision center and strategic customers to drive retention, growth, and measurable operational improvements. Conduct KPI reviews, develop action plans, observe shop workflows, and advise leadership on productivity and profitability. Partner with sales and distribution, maintain required training and certifications, and manage customer relationships while meeting travel and vehicle program requirements.

Support EMEA Transportation Procurement by coordinating end-to-end logistics tendering, managing supplier evaluations and pricing for tail-end spend, conducting market research and benchmarking, maintaining sourcing documentation and communication platforms, and providing reporting and data analysis to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable .NET/Angular eCommerce and customer‑experience applications. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and QA in Agile teams, conduct code reviews, support production incidents, adopt CI/CD and AI-assisted tools, and integrate AI features like NLP or recommendations where relevant.

Design, maintain, and upgrade process control, automation, and safety systems for a paint/coatings manufacturing facility. Lead control system projects, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA and instrumentation issues, supervise field teams and contractors, and develop SOPs and system integrations with MES/ERP and data historian systems to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Lead quality engineering for intermediate production: manage batch investigations, approve intermediates, drive SPC analysis and preventative actions, support COA processing, improve test methods, and collaborate with QC, RM Quality, and Customer Quality on investigations and audits.

Support global product development of clearcoat/monocoat automotive coatings: run DoE studies, optimize formulations, perform lab-to-production scale-up, conduct application and performance tests, document results, implement ISO/TS 16949 and support customer trials and global teams.
