As an FTS Representative, you will provide technical support, maintain records of application standards, and assist onsite teams, ensuring compliance with product guidelines.

Lead statutory reporting and tax compliance for Spanish entities, liaise with auditors and tax advisors, manage ETR and US tax reporting, support month-end close, intercompany and transfer pricing review, treasury contacts, SOX compliance, and drive process and system improvements with shared service centers.

Design, optimize, and sustain safe, compliant manufacturing processes. Provide hands-on troubleshooting, implement recipe and process control strategies, maintain documentation and standards, support safety and risk mitigation activities (RCA, MOC, PHA, PSSR), lead improvement and capital projects, and contribute to long-term digitalization and automation initiatives.

Process and post supplier invoices, act as primary supplier contact, resolve queries and escalations, maintain controls, and communicate with internal customers to ensure timely, accurate accounts payable operations.

Create and maintain executable production schedules balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and constraints. Monitor finished goods and supply risks, communicate order status and recovery plans, support launches/transfers/phase-outs, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement to optimize customer service and manufacturing efficiency.

Serve as a strategic finance partner delivering FP&A, controlling, monthly close ownership, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, contract accounting, and process standardization. Drive automation, reporting consistency, and provide actionable financial insights to support leadership decisions and COE transformation.

Support EMEA SBU finance: own monthly close and reporting, perform variance and profitability analysis, lead budgeting and forecasting, build business cases, provide strategic business partnering and decision support, standardize and automate FP&A processes, and deliver ad-hoc financial modeling for transformation projects.

Manage material supply planning to support production and customer demand: create and execute supply plans, manage POs/PRs, monitor inventory and SSPL risks, coordinate imports and customs documentation, drive KPIs and cross-functional recovery plans, and collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, and suppliers.

The FTS Representative provides technical support, maintains records, ensures product application standards, and enhances customer satisfaction through site assistance.

As a Sales Assistant, you will serve customers, promote products, manage stock, and maintain store presentation while receiving training and support.
