Oversee chemical management operations across PPG Aerospace’s Western and Central U.S. and Mexico region. Lead regional teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimize inventory and capital utilization, implement new CMS programs, and drive operational excellence through Lean tools, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales, marketing, purchasing, engineering, and the CMS East Regional Manager to standardize operations and meet customer and company goals.

Develops advanced aerospace transparency, specialty product, and transparent armor technologies. Responsibilities include researching inorganic coatings, developing materials and processes, transitioning innovations into manufacturing, troubleshooting production issues, conducting laboratory characterization and quality testing, maintaining equipment and documentation, and supporting safety and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, customers, government agencies, and research partners while providing technical leadership for complex product development projects.

Manages indirect procurement activities, including supplier contracting, strategic sourcing, negotiations, quotations, contract adjustments, and supplier performance. The role collaborates with operational stakeholders and supports strategic sourcing, sustainability, and transportation-related purchasing activities.

Supports the Quality Department through quality-system administration, document control, compliance records, purchasing, inventory coordination, supplier communication, and reporting. Maintains quality and raw-material data, manages purchase orders and corporate-card reconciliations, coordinates material sampling and documentation, and serves as a liaison among internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Also assists with audits, customer requests, meetings, special projects, and general administrative activities.

Supports APAC tax compliance and internal tax controls, overseeing income and indirect taxes across China and other jurisdictions. Coordinates tax audits and self-assessments, manages transfer pricing documentation and controversy, supports tax risk management, and identifies tax-saving opportunities. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and strong communication in English and Mandarin.

Provides HR administration and operational support across the employee lifecycle. Processes hires, status changes, leave, separations, compensation adjustments, and employee documentation in Workday. Maintains accurate employee records, supports policy and service inquiries, ensures compliance and data integrity, and identifies process improvements. The role is hybrid in Querétaro, Mexico, with customer service responsibilities and collaboration across HR teams.

Provides HR administration and operational support across the employee lifecycle. Processes employee changes, compensation transactions, documentation, and records in Workday; responds to HR inquiries; maintains data accuracy, compliance, and employee files; and supports process improvements. The role requires customer service orientation, English proficiency, and preferably Workday and ServiceNow knowledge. It is a hybrid position based in Querétaro, Mexico.

Supports PPG collision center customers and strategic accounts by improving operational performance, productivity, profitability, retention, and growth. Conducts KPI reviews, develops customer action plans, observes workflows, identifies constraints, and connects improvements to measurable outcomes. Partners with sales, leadership, account management, and distribution teams while maintaining required training, certifications, and compliance. The role requires customer service or sales support experience, strong communication and analytical skills, CRM/ERP familiarity, and travel.

Supports SAP S/4HANA MM operations within a global Center of Excellence. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, resolving incidents, designing and troubleshooting solutions, preparing and executing testing, supporting UAT, managing deployments, documenting processes, and ensuring alignment with SAP standards and global templates. The role also evaluates cross-stream impacts and supports supply chain and manufacturing processes, including purchasing, inventory management, 3PL interfaces, and SAP integrations.
