Provides administrative and operational support to the Technology Programs team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation and schedules, compiling reports, preparing presentations, tracking deadlines, coordinating invoices and travel, supporting events and onboarding, and maintaining departmental procedures and templates. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, tracking technical and financial performance, managing risks, coordinating validation and demonstrations, ensuring contract compliance, maintaining documentation, and reporting results. The role serves as the primary contact for consortium members, government sponsors, industry partners, and research institutions while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and improving project management processes.

Administer enterprise security technologies, cloud and infrastructure platforms, Linux systems, networks, identity controls, and endpoint deployments. Monitor and respond to incidents, manage vulnerabilities, maintain secure configurations, and support CMMC compliance. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, document technical evidence, and collaborate with IT teams on cybersecurity, reliability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Design, program, integrate, and implement industrial robotics and PLC-based automation systems. Conduct manufacturing assessments, develop proof-of-concept robotic cells, program robots and HMIs/SCADA, perform engineering analyses and simulations, document projects, and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions that improve manufacturing productivity and safety.
