It manages leads and customer information in Salesforce, meets revenue targets, monitors market trends, completes sales documentation, and represents the company at trade shows and community events.

The Territory Executive identifies and acquires profitable commercial, industrial, municipal, and recycling customers within an assigned market. Responsibilities include lead generation, cold calling, sales presentations, contract renewals, customer retention, pricing discussions, upselling waste-management services, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires maintaining customer data and activities in Salesforce, resolving customer issues, managing relationships, and regularly reviewing performance with the Sales Manager. A valid driver’s license and extensive direct sales experience are required.

Lead FP&A for assigned markets, owning budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting standardization, pricing/profitability analysis, audit support, cross-functional partnership, and talent development to drive profitable decisions.

Manages external financial reporting, SEC filings, statutory reporting, audits, technical accounting research, acquisition and divestiture accounting, SOX processes, and accounting policy updates. Handles lockbox cash, adjustments, money moves, refunds, reconciliations, workflow requests, system troubleshooting, and data analysis. Partners with billing, collections, accounting, and reporting teams to resolve issues, improve processes, support system enhancements, develop training resources, and maintain AR data integrity.
