The Territory Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling Republic Services products while maintaining relationships with customers to achieve revenue goals.

The ES Account Manager I builds relationships with customers, drives account growth, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures service delivery using CRM and communication skills.

Coordinate driver, truck, and container utilization to maximize productivity. Route and assign loads, prepare daily route schedules, track pick-ups and completions, monitor driver check-ins, handle customer interactions, and report driver performance or safety issues.

Provide legal counsel on risk, safety, claims, litigation, investigations, insurance coverage, OSHA and DOT compliance. Manage claims and outside counsel, support incident investigations, advise on policies, training, and regulatory changes, prepare budgets/reports, and deliver training to management and field personnel for company operations across the U.S. and Canada.

Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, data warehouses, dashboards, and analytics models. Lead projects, mentor developers, deploy models (in-database and production), and create self-service reporting and single source-of-truth architectures. Implement automation, performance tuning, and documentation; evaluate new technologies and POCs, with optional generative AI/RAG work.

Lead and support cross-functional strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts. Provide analytical support, financial and operational modeling, develop fact-based recommendations for senior leadership, support change management and implementation, prepare executive and board materials, conduct market and competitive analysis, and supervise staff as directed.

Sell Republic Services' full suite of waste and recycling solutions within an assigned territory. Identify and qualify leads, conduct cold calls and sales presentations, manage prospects in Salesforce, retain and renew customers, meet revenue targets, attend local events, and handle contract and cancellation processes to grow profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business.

Manage and retain existing commercial and industrial waste customers in an assigned territory. Renew contracts, respond to cancellations, increase product penetration across Republic Services offerings, document activities in Salesforce, coordinate with operations to resolve service issues, and represent the company at events and trade shows.
