Manage high-exposure and major customer accounts for a truckload carrier. Coordinate refused or abandoned freight across refrigerated, dry, flatbed, rail, and logistics loads. Investigate delivery discrepancies, communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams, authorize disposition costs, maintain claims and billing queues, document activities in systems and customer portals, and ensure timely resolution, billing, and recovery of accessorial charges.

Manage planning and implementation for new dedicated transportation operations. Responsibilities include developing startup and implementation plans, coordinating critical workstreams, recruiting onsite personnel, creating job descriptions and driver training materials, establishing communications and equipment processes, evaluating employees, communicating progress to stakeholders, documenting lessons learned, supporting sales presentations, and traveling to startup locations.

Accurately rate and invoice dedicated transportation accounts according to customer contracts and billing requirements. Responsibilities include verifying rates and accessorial charges, managing FTP and EDI invoice transmissions, correcting billing errors, maintaining account instructions, coordinating with operations, monitoring billing queues, and supporting process improvements and team billing activities.
