The role also identifies revenue opportunities, resolves discrepancies, tracks container dwell data, and collaborates with contracts, pricing, accounts receivable, and operations teams.

Partners with Operations, Safety, Legal, Security, carriers, and law enforcement to resolve trailer-related issues and reduce financial exposure. The role also manages reporting, process improvements, enforcement actions, training, and development of Risk Specialists.

Audits drivers’ daily logs for compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and company policies, identifies violations or falsified records, follows up on findings, and prepares audit reports and recommendations for management. The role requires analytical and investigative skills, attention to detail, transportation or operations experience, and proficiency with AS400, Excel, Access, and Word.
