Provide legal counsel for healthcare operations including contracts, managed care reimbursement disputes, regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid, Stark, Anti‑Kickback), fraud and abuse analysis, policy review, claims management, and oversight of junior legal staff. Provide receptionist and client services support for HonorHealth conference centers: schedule and coordinate meetings and classes, manage room reservations and A/V setups, register and process class payments, reconcile petty cash, greet and assist customers, prepare reports, and support Health Management Services as needed.

Lead and execute the Foundations planned giving program: identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for deferred and life-income gifts; grow gift portfolio; develop proposals and stewardship plans; train staff and advisors; track expectancies; serve as subject-matter resource to leadership and boards.
