Support, design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's Unified Communications (VoIP/PBX) and related interfaces (contact center, nurse call, telemedicine, AV, conferencing). Perform operational tasks, capacity monitoring, documentation, knowledge-base submissions, project work, and participate in on-call rotation while collaborating with IT teams and customers to meet business requirements.

Provide DBA II support for CTMS and other database platforms: incident/request intake, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backups, patching, scripting, and documentation. Participate in on-call rotation, mentor junior DBAs, support projects and IT governance, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet service objectives.

Lead tax strategy, ensure federal/state tax compliance and exemptions, oversee preparation of tax-exempt and related returns (Forms 990/990-T/4720/1120/1065), perform ASC 740 analysis, manage audits, advise senior management, coordinate external advisors, and support payroll/AP on W-2/1099 matters.

Serve as the procurement liaison for Capital Equipment, Construction Services, and Medical/Surgical products. Manage sourcing, competitive bids, contract negotiation, purchase orders, supplier performance, order tracking, invoicing accuracy, stakeholder communication, process improvements, and project coordination across Facilities, Finance, Legal, and clinical teams to protect organizational assets and drive value.

Serve as senior financial leader for the HonorHealth–ASU Health partnership, overseeing budgeting, academic reimbursement optimization, faculty time tracking, GME reimbursement alignment, financial reporting, strategic financial modeling, and cross-campus integration to support growth and compliance.

Support supervising attorneys on healthcare legal matters: research federal and state regulations (Medicare/Medicaid, Stark, Anti‑Kickback, HIPAA), draft and negotiate IT, physician, vendor and affiliation contracts, advise leadership and medical staff, review policies, and assist with compliance and fraud/abuse analysis.

Provide legal counsel for healthcare operations including contracts, managed care reimbursement disputes, regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid, Stark, Anti‑Kickback), fraud and abuse analysis, policy review, claims management, and oversight of junior legal staff. Coordinate with outside counsel and advise leadership across the organization.
